Working Principle:
1.Products transported from the upstream conveyor enter the checkweigher's weighing conveyor in an orderly, equidistant manner.
2.When the product passes the photoelectric sensor at the front of the weighing conveyor, the checkweigher starts measuring.
3.During the time the product is on the weighing conveyor, the weight sensor completes the measurement and displays the data on the interface.
4.The microcomputer compares the displayed weight data with the preset reference, upper, and lower limits, identifying standard, overweight, or underweight items.
5.Non-standard products are sorted by the rejection system, and weight information can be output to a statistical printer.
